Qualichem Laboratories was established in 1974 in the heart of Nagpur city by Mr. Mukund Nana Nagarnaik. Armed with a gold medal in M. Pharm. and an experience in a world class pharmaceutical company, the CEO Mr. Mukund Nagarnaik decided to pursue his dream of establishing a testing laboratory to provide a platform for the industry, to measure and assure Quality of the wide ambit of their products.

Today, we are one of the oldest and foremost testing laboratories in Central India. Qualichem Laboratories is an independent and unbiased testing laboratory driven by customer satisfaction. Qualichem has a diverse experience of more than 40 years, in providing dedicated services in the field of quality assurance and analytical testing.

Qualichem Laboratories has established itself as a dominant force in providing chemical and microbial testing services to industry leaders in India and abroad in the field of pharmaceutical and ayurvedic drugs, personal care products, chemicals, agricultural, food, water, mineral, cosmetics, oils, fertilisers and environmental industries and consumers. It has been empanelled by several government, quasi-government organisations for providing its services.

Qualichem Laboratories has always believed in creating its own growth story. It started with being a FDA (M.S.) approved laboratory since 1975. We started with analysing Drugs, Cosmetics, Homeopathic Drugs under this FDA license. We added a host of accreditations and recognitions from several regulatory authorities since then.

• AGMARK grading approval in 1974 for ground spices like chilli, turmeric, coriander, curry, asafoetida, atta, rawa, besan, maida.
• FDA license to analyse Ayurvedic, Siddha and Unani drugs in 2005,
  ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in 2005,
• NABL accreditation as per ISO 17025:2005 in 2012 in chemical and microbial analysis of Food and Water
• FSSAI approval in 2014 and
• BIS recognition in 2016.
• Extension of scope of testing under NABL accreditation as per ISO 17025:2005

This steep growth trajectory is due to the strong leadership, highly qualified and experienced team of analysts, addition of sophisticated instruments in our laboratory to adapt to the changing demands of analysis, a healthy relation with our customers, a sense of respect for the regulatory bodies and a sense of duty towards maintaining and propagating the regulatory requirements of the industry.
